Due to your purchase of a special ticket, we strongly discourage you from making changes or refunds.
Reservation Changes
Change Fee ：100 USD
Please contact us at least 96 hours prior to departure to change your ticket.
In general we can change your flight to the same airline and its partner airlines.
However, since the number of discounted seats that can be changed for each flight is limited, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change to the flight you want.
Refund
Refund Fee ：200 USD
Please contact us at least 96 hours prior to departure to refund your ticket.
However, due to airline policy factors, there will be cases of refusal to refund the ticket. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, we will make special instructions before you confirm your ticket purchase.
